Her colleague, Andrew Wolfe, twenty-four years old, continues receiving treatment in grave state.

Vigils across West Virginia have taken place in their remembrance.

White House Invitation

The president stated he’s proposed a visit to the White House for the loved ones of both members of the West Virginia National Guard.

“I stated: ‘When you’re ready, because that’s a difficult moment, come to the White House. We’re going to recognize her,” the president addressed journalists. “And in the same way with him, whether he recovers or not.”

Public Reaction

Attendees came together over the weekend at the high school in the state to remember Sarah.

Both the soldiers had been serving with the West Virginia National Guard as part of Trump’s federal initiative to aid law enforcement in Washington DC.

Remembering Beckstrom

“She was the type of pupil that teachers wished for. She behaved with inner fortitude, a contagious smile and a positive energy that encouraged those around her,” Jarrod Hankins, the leader of her former high school, stated to the media. “She was kind, considerate and always eager to assist people.”

Service details for Beckstrom are still being arranged.

Judicial Actions and Government Revisions

Officials have indicted a twenty-nine-year-old Afghan national with a charge of murder and charges of violent assault while armed.

The event led the Trump administration to halt asylum processing and temporarily stop granting visas to possessors of Afghan passports.

Condition of the Airman

Andrew Wolfe, a native of the city, began his service in early 2019 and is a 2019 graduate of Musselman high school, per the news agency.

He is still undergoing care and is “fighting for his life”, the state’s governor the governor mentioned on Fox News Channel’s The Sunday Briefing.

Attorney general Pam Bondi told Fox News Sunday that she aimed to visit his relatives.

Memory of Beckstrom

Beckstrom, from Summersville, graduated from Webster County High in mid-2023 and began her service not long after, working as a military police officer with honor, as stated by the state guard.

“She had a lot of compassion and she definitely had fortitude,” he addressed the audience at the service. “Though her life lasted far too short, she has left a mark that’s going to be remembered always.”
